Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Can he do this?

I have an order of child support and administrative parenity order declaring him to be the father. The father failed to appeared at any hearing from 96-03. He filed a petition in 97 saying he was not the father but failed to appear and his appeal was dismissed. The child and I took a DNA test he never showed so he have been declared the father by default 8 times. Its been 8yrs I've never received a payment. I have filed a body attachment and income tax withholding. Now he have filed papers on me that the child is not his to get out of paying child support. Can he get out of paying child support and back support? Will the child and I have to take another DNA test?

He cannot deny paternity now. You need to contact

the Illinois Child Support Enforcement group - http://www.ilchildsupport.com/ - they will get your child support for you and you will not have to chase him yourself or be afraid of him denying paternity again. Let them do the work for you.
