Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

how do i get an order of protection removed from my record in illinois. It was only filed, never issued and dismissed without any criminal conviction.

If it was a civil OP, it is not "on your record." It can not be removed. If it was a criminal OP, then, in theory, you can, after an appropriate amount of time, ask that the matter be expunged.
