Hello. I understand your concerns. I suggests that you complain to the school principal and you should retain a lawyer. Without a lawyer, this process can be more difficult. By law you can file a lawsuit against the school for damages against your child such as emotional distress. Will be happy to discuss this with you and in more detail.
