Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have an order of prtection on my ex-husband because he posted on his web page he wanted to pay someone 2,000 to "take me out" and then threatened to shoot my boyfriend. Will he be able to have visitation with out 4 year old son? Will the courts even do anything about the post he has made? I am scared, he does have a past history of domestic abuse only one case that was documented, and also he has tried to comitt suicide and has been in hospitles before.

What threats has he made against your son? It depends on the judge. A judge may find that his threats warrant a denial of visittion until there can be a psychiatric evaluation.
