Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I was ordered to pay $25,000 a month in child support to my kids mom because she lives in IL. I have five other children in AZ (where we live) that I pay 1500 a piece for. Is there any way I can fight this?

Without knowing what your income is, and whether you appeared and were represented, it is difficult to answer your question. You are only entitle to deduct support for kids if there is a court order and the kids are from a relationship prior to this one, i.e. if they from a second marriage and this is the first, you can not deduct the 7500.
