Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I have a paid off condo, which I bought myself before the marriage. Title is on my name only. What happen to my Non-marital property, if after marriage I will add my husband to the title? Is it still will be considered a non-marital property?
If after marriage I will sell this property and put all money from the sale down to buy a new property with my husband, my non marital assets will transform to the marital. Do I have any options except a prenuptial agreement to save my non-marital part of the equity of the new house?

You option is not to put the property in your husband's name and should you sell it not to put any funds into a joint account with your new husband. And, certainly you should not put the entire sale proceeds into a new property with you new husband. It would be considered a gift to the marriage and be considered marital property.
