Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My parent kicked me out of the house and told me that i couldn't take anything( even what i bought) or it would be stealing because i don't live there anymore. She sent me off with no shoes or socks or a jacket into the cold rain. I am 17 with only a few months left to go before i'm 18 and i would just like to know if i am legally allowed to start my life without her restrictions?

You need to be declared legally emancipated if you are under 18.
