I am a parent and I am wondering if the divorce court can ORDER me to COSIGN a student loan for my college going children?

If yes, how can they?

Under 750 ILCS 5/513, if you do not want to cosign the loan, the court could order you to pay the bill, rather than simply cosigning for a loan.
