parentage

How can a father get visitation of my son. I was charged with stalking his mother because i was trying to see my son and ignored the order of protection. a petition for parentage was filed but Ibecame ill and was unable to attend and it was dismissed by:''want of prosecution.'' The mother doesnt want me to see him but it is causing me sleep and is affecting my health . I have lost 43lbs in the las 4 months

You have to reinitiate the petition for parentage. Its a process, but you cannot fail to appear for hearings. Giving what limited information you have provided, it seems that your issue is tricky, and you want to be careful how you present yourself to the judge, especially since you violated the OFP.
