parenting agreement

Me & my ex girlfriend live in illinois, we agree to 50/50/joint custody, with neither parent listed as the the custodial parent, or both being losted as the custodial parent. Is this ok if both agree

Who's paying child support to whom? Are the two of you living together or separately? You didn't provide enough information to really give you a useful answer.

You can do joint parenting ie you both have custody. Only one parent will residential custody
