Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My parenting agreement states "Father shall maintain his present policy of health insurance, which is provided to Father through his employer, for the benefit of the child of the parties for so long as he has or could have an obligation for the support or educational support of the child"

Does this mean he has to provide insurance as long as the child is a minor or as long as he has to pay child support?

This means for as long the father has (or could have) a child support obligation and/or if the father has an educational support requirement, the health insurance would continue through the educational support period as well (i.e., college education).
