Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hi my parents were divored about ten years ago, in the divorce it was decided that I would receive my fathers pension from the post office when he retirees. Since the divorce my mother has passed and my father just retired. I do not have any paperwork from the divorce, nor do I have a case number or name of the lawyer she used, how do I proceed

You can look up your parents' case by either of their names. Cook County has an online database on their Clerk of the Circuit Court website. Most of the collar counties you can just call their clerks to look it up.

Good luck!
