If both parents have full time jobs who pays child support? Is it possible to get a joint equal custody so none pays child support?

Joint legal custody does not necessarily mean that the kid spends the same amount of time at each parent's house. And even the the time is equally divided, if one parent makes substantially more than the other, then the court make order support on the difference in income.
