Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am on parole in Illinois for child support. I recieved a letter via mail to appear in court today in Wisconsin I have no means of transportation there for I did not arrive.I am currently not working due to the Chicago land weather, works picks up around the end of March. when I was working they were taking child support from my check. What am I to do? I do not want to get arrested.

There is no such thing as being on parole for child support. If you receive a notice to be in court in Wisconsin, ask a Wisconsin lawyer. The child needs to eat 12 months a years. You should have put money aside to pay the support.
