how can i fight to get part time custudy of my child

Hello. The legal term for partial custody is "joint custody." Joint custody is where the parties agree that each will agree to raise the child or children jointly. In other words,both parents agree that they will work together to raise the child or children. If that is not possible in your situation, you may want to seek sole custody of your child. The joint custody arrangements are usually written in the form of a joint parenting agreement which is approved by the Court. Will be happy
