Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If both the parties are from india, having a pending case open for 498-IPC and husband brings his wife back to USA along with him and deserts her immediately after serving her with Divorce in USA. what should be the plan of action of the wife? what should be wife doing to get towards the restraing order against the procedures in USA.

I do not think there is a basis for a retraining order against the US case. You do not indicate that there is anything pending in India which would form a basis for an injunction.
