Paternal Rights

My son and I have not seen his father since my son was 3. He is now 7. We have not had any contact. Is there any way i can have his father's paternal rights removed? If so who can i contact?

Yes, you can have his parental rights terminated. You will need to petition the court to do so. Please contact my office and we can assist you in this process.
