paternity test

can a peson who is almost 30 years old take a possible father to court to have a paternity test done? the possible father refuses to take a dna paternity test.

Depends what you want to accomplish by going to court. If you just want to know who the father is, then no. If you are seeking back child support, then maybe. There are a lot of other factors.
