Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

paying back arreages

I was wondering if there is a law on the Maximum that the court can add on to your current childsupport order for paying back arreages. I owe almost $5,000 in arreages since court took almost 2 years to finish. I can't afford to pay more that $100.00 extra on top of what I am already paying. Thanks..
