Not paying child support

Live at home with ex husband. My question is does he stll need to pay me child support.

If there is a court order for your ex-husband to pay child support, he needs to pay it or he could

be held in contempt of court by the judge. It does not matter whether you are living with him. As long as there is a court order in place, he needs to follow what it says. To change this, he will have to go to court and

advise the court that you and he have reconciled. If you want the order set aside,

then the chances are that the judge will excuse

your ex-husband from paying child support. I
