personal property
While separated from my wife she sold the marital residence along with all of my personal property and along with personal property belonging to my daughter and my nephew. We could not remove anything because the home was locked and we did not have ascess. Is ther a law that states a person must be notified ahead of time and be allowed to remove their belongings before they are sold? Is there anything we can do? We lost several thousand dollers of personal property including personal information including birth certificates and social security cards.

How did your wife sell the marital residence without your signature? How was the house held in title? Was there a court order allowed her to sell the house? You haven't given me enough information. Please call for an appointment.
