Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

During a petition to modify custody my ex wife had a psychologist testify against me saying while over nights with me my daughter was under so much stress her grades dropped to D's. Also filed a report of abuse with DCFS. I lost my over nights but later found that my daughters report card had no D's infact she had 5 A's and 2 B's also the DCFS investigation came back the psychologist filed a false report. My question is can I file a lawsuit against the psychologist for perjury or is it defamation of defamation of character at an amount that will cover a lawyers fee to go back into court to correct my visitation since it was the lies of the psychologist that made the court rule against me
