Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm planning to get a divorce and currently planning to leave the house we share.

Is that a good move?

I'm going back to my parent's house, the house is under his name, but i have help paying some bills and some mail still comes to the house for me.

I believe in the statement that says: " the law of cause and effect". I do not think it is advisable to leave the house that you leaving with your house and move in to your parents house unless if you people are not legally married as couple. some thing must have happen in-between. Go back to your spouse and let peace reign..seek if it is advisable from a lawyer or for emacipation
