porno

husband refuses to give up looking at porno sites, they really make me sick. is this grounds for a divorce. this issue is causing serious problems for me.

No, this is not grounds for dissolution. You might be able to use �mental cruelty� as grounds. You certainly are entitled to bring a �no-fault� (irreconcilable differences) action, but there are requirements that you live separate and apart for a continuous period of two years (six months if both sides waive the two-year requirement). Separate and apart does not necessarily mean separate living quarters, or even separate beds. See a lawyer on this.
