Post Education Expenses

What is Illinois law regarding a non-custodial parent's obligation to cover tuition, books, fees, and other expenses when the child is attending a non-accredited college, such as Cosmetology School?

That is a bit less clear than "regular" college but the section of the law also talks about professional education or "other" training after high school. I would guess if we did some more in-depth research that similar situations have come up and this is covered.
