.Post secondary education expenses after a divorce

Can my children sue me for college tuition if there is no mention of college assistance in my divorce agreement? I was divorced in 2004, and my son barely graduated high school this May - he was an ongoing discipline problem at school and lives in Illinois with his father. They are trying to force me to pay his college tuition. I offered to reimburse half of the tuition AFTER he posts an A or B grade

You say that they live in IL but not where the divorce took place. In Florida, you do not owe support for college unless addressed in the final judgment. You say that it wasn't mentioned. Therefore, here, in Florida, you do not owe any money for college. You can of course volunteer to help.
