Hello, in my opinion, posting your minor child's picture on the internet, especially without your permission, is illegal, an invasion of your child's right to privacy and your right to privacy. You could also file a lawsuit against them for doing this. In my opinion such behavior is outrageous and reckless.

You may want to make a police report immediately with the police in the

city where you reside in Illinois and then take the report to the Office of the State's Attorney for the County where you reside and see if that office will commence to prosecute the offender. Will be happy to discuss this further and in much more detail.
