Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Power Of Attorney
My dad was on vacation in the Philippines and suffered from a stroke. Now he is disabled and unable to speak. What does he need to do in the Philippines in order to allow me to become his Power of Attorney so that I can make decisions for him? I am currently located in Illinois and my dad is a citizen of the United States.
