Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Im pregnant with my ex boyfriends baby. I dont want anything to do with him and I,am with someone else at the moment. If my ex asks for a dna test do I have to say ok? I really dont wabt anything to do with him.

Having a baby with your ex-boyfriend means that you are in each other' s lives for the rest of your lives. You no longer have a choice as to whether or not to have anything to do with him. He is your child's father and has a right to parent the child as much as you do. This includes visitation, support and decision-making regarding the child. I suggest that you figure out how to make it work.
