Can a pre-nup be written to allow a spouse to leave the marriage at any time and take all property with them for no reason?

Essentially showing the ultimate trust in your husband/wife.

First, anything can be written. The question is whether it can it be enforced. If the person "losing out" at the end of the marriage changes their mind, the court will likely not enforce the entire agreement, as it is probably unconscionable. Such a pre-nup has a lot of problems.
