Is a pre-nuptial agreement valid if the woman who signed it also had her own attorney?

It can be. Many people who enter into prenuptial agreements do have an attorney, and many do not. But that doesn't determine validity.

Typically during a divorce proceeding, if the validity of a prenup is contested, then it's validity will be decided first by the judge.
