Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have primary custody of my 3 boys. In the divorce it was noted as: 50/50 for expenses for the children, my x wife Hasnt helped with NOTHING! School supplys, Food, Clothing, Doctor Bills. She says she doesnt have to pay child support? Now the years are adding up! Help

Given the facts you state, the answer is obvious: You need to go to court (probably through an attorney), file a Petition for Rule to Show Cause, and drag him into court. The good news is that you can ask the court to force him to pay for your legal fees since the only reason you are going to court is because he is refusing to pay what the current order tells him to pay.
