prisoners rights

my childrens father is incarcerated in idoc. he is getting frustrated that my children do not visit nor do they want to i recently was told he filed papers regarding this issue. does he have any legal basis and can my 8 year old and 5 year old be forced to visit him in jail if they do not want too.

I already answered this question. Children do not have to visit unless there is a court order. Wait to you see one of those to even worry about it.
