private property
my wife and i are going to get a divorce and she is moving out of house that we are leasing. How do I stop her from removing our possesions while im at work. We havent filed for divorce yet.

Well, the only sure way is to remove them first. I prefer to get an agreement entered with the court, so if someone takes something they are not supposed to, they are in trouble with the court. Of course, you have to file for divorce first.
Short answer: Get your important personal stuff out of there until you can get to a judge.
