hi, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE FATHER OF MY DAUGHTER SEE THE FATHER AND I HAD A AGREEMENT OF JOINT CUSTODY BUT EVERY WEEKEND I GO TO PICK UP MY DAUGHTER HE (THE FATHER) ALWAYS GIVES ME AN EXCUSE FOR ME NOT TO TAKE HER.HER THREATENS ME THAT HE IS GOING TO TAKE HER AWAY FROM ME HE ALSO HAD THREATENED TO '' BASH MY BOYFRIENDS HEAD IN'' HE KEEPS TELLING ME THAT I GOT TO PAY HIM CHILD SUPPORT BUT IN THE AGREEMENT THEIR IS NOTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE WE ( THE FATHER AND I ) NEVER TALKED ABOUT IT.THIS LAST FRIDAY I WHENT TO GO PICK UP MY DAUGHTER AND ONCE AAGAIN HE STARTED WITH THE CHILD UPPORT TING THEN AFTER I TOLD HIM I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE ANY MONY TILL AFTER I PAY MY FEES FROM COURT THEN HE JUST SPITS IN MY FACE.I CALLED THE POLICE JUST LIKE I DO EVERY WEEK I GO PICK UP MY DAUGHTER THE POLICE NEVER SHOWED I HAD CALLED AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT ON THE CORNER SO I DID 2 HOURS LATER NOTHING...SO HOW IM I SUPOST TO DEAL WITH THIS I ASK THE POLICE WHAT I CAN DO AND THEY TELL ME NOTHING.WHAT IM I TO DO?

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TYPE IN SMALL TYPE. You should be receiving visitation, but you also should be paying child support. If you are not getting visitation, file a Petition for Rule to Show Cause against the Father.
