Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am in the process of having my boyfriend move out of my house, he has lived with me for approx 13months. He has not consistently paid half of the bills as agreed. I am having the locks changed today. Is there anything he can do about that and or claim rights to my home or property?

You are illegally evicting him. He could sue you. He has a right to notice before you kick him out. On the other hand he may do nothing. If he is not on the lease, he is considered your sub-tenant. I do not mean to scare you, but if he talks to a lawyer he may sue you.
