Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am in the process of getting a divorce, as a defendant, eventhough I caught my wife chaeting on me. We still live in the same conodo. Every alternate weekends she takes off for the entire weekend to spend at her new boyfrinds house taking my 5 year old son alongwith her. I dont fell good about this. Can I stop her legally?

Most judges will stop this type of conduct, but realize that you are escalating the conflict. When you are divorced, what will your position be? Does your agreement, if there is one, prohibit this type of conduct?
