Proof of Paternity
Is there a ''statue of limitation'' on proof of paternity? (I filed paternity in 1973, blood test confirmed ''99% he could be the father of said child'') ~ Can I sue for ''DNA'' test?

Re: Proof of Paternity
Hello. From your account, it has been over 30
years since you filed a paternity action against
your child's father. The statute of limitations
has run. In all probability it is too late for
you to seek any type of relief from your child's father.
