Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Proof of Paternity

Is there a ''statue of limitation'' on proof of paternity? (I filed paternity in 1973, blood test confirmed ''99% he could be the father of said child'') ~ Can I sue for ''DNA'' test?

Re: Proof of Paternity

Hello. From your account, it has been over 30

you to seek any type of relief from your child's father.
