Property aquired after wife moved out

I bought a motorcycle after my wife left me. Now 6 months later she wants me to sell the motorcycle and get the monies from it. Can she win this?

As a general rule anything that is purchased during the marriage is marital property and may be subject to the court's order dividing property. I recommend that you get into a divorce lawyer NOW. This may well be a good subject of negotiation -- but you need more expertise that you have.
