property

okay,me and my husband are gonna be going through a divorce after the babys born!we already have a 7yr old now we all live together but the house is in his name.but we were married when we got it and moved in.since were gonna go through divorce and i wanna stay here with the kids.can i?and how do they figure what he pays for i have been a stay at home mom for the last 2ys.i worked before that off and on.just hard cuz babysitting reasons.but now i have a newborn coming.i feel stuck.his income is different every week.before taxes its between$800,1200.plus he gets bonus.and side jobs.he makes like 50,000-a yerar not including side jobs.i just need to know what to do im stuck i have no income he does.house is in his name,and i dont know what i can get from this 7yr marriage

There's a lot in your response. On the house, anything obtained from the day you were married until the day you'd get divorced is "marital property" and subject to division pursuant to a court. It doesn't matter whose name it's in. Protect yourself, sounds like a vulnerable position. Please call if you'd like to discuss in greater detail.
