I have a protection order against my ex girlfriend and I'm trying to get custody on cuz she cannot take care of them she keeps on asking my family for money because you can support the children she lives with her mother and three siblings

And your question is..... The fact that she keeps asking your family for money is not a basis for seeking custody. The fact that she lives with her mother and three siblings is, in and of itself, not a basis for seeking custody. There has to be something more
