what if i can prove the mother lied or did not make known everything known to the court to get an order of protection

You may be able to set aside the order. The presntaion of evidence can be a tricky thing. You probably will need to hire an attorney.

Hello. An untrue statement in court is perjury and is punishable by law.
If you can prove that she committed perjury you will be way ahead, but you will probably need witnesses. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
