Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

What would i need to prove residence to be able to file for divorce? I have lived in Illinois since Jan 1st, 2009. Only got my driver's licence switched over about a month ago. May need to file for divorce here. would i also be able to file here for visitations and such here? My wife and child live in Nevada.

Your testimony is all that will be needed. The 90 days applies to the date the dissolution is granted, not to the date of filing. However, you should know that Illinois would only have jurisdiction over the marriage, not over property or child custody.
