if you purchased a home before marriage and your wife is not on title after twelve years of marriage in the divorce is she entitled to any of that home..

The answer would depend upon a number of factors, but if house payments were made from marital assets during the marriage, the wife may indeed have some interest in the property. You should be asking these questions of your divorce lawyer. If you don't have one, you should hire one.
