Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I purchased a house by myself. Got engaged and my fianc� and his son moved in. We both signed a shared residency form for purpose if registration for his son. Now the engagement is off and I want them both to leave. Can I just ask him to leave and put them out

Legally she has no right to occupy. She is an invited guest. Hand her a letter telling her to move out by a date certain. If she does not, then you legally have the right to change the locks. HOWEVER, the "safest" thing is to give her a thirty day notice and oif she does not move out then file an eviction
