Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hi my question would be if there are assets such as a house 2 vehicles and business assets and my husband is wanting a divorce he is wanting to take the business product and sale it so he can make some money off of it and is wanting me to give it to him and have no part of the proceeds.What shall I do there are more important to be diguishing like what about the children how are they do they have any quetions do they need help such as counseling and their future not arguing over stuff.Can you give me some advice.
