Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My question is about getting custody of my daughter from my wife and DCFS which my wife had my child and DCFS took her away, DCFS has took all rights away from me as a father and gave my wife all the rights when I'm the one that went to DCFS to report wifes drug problem, alcohol problem, and medical problems and she has broke 2 safety plans under DCFS and I haven't had 1 chance at a safety plan with DCFS. I haven't done nothing wrong, and even the investergator from DCFS has said this as well and I have proof because she left me a voicemail saying that. On November 8th, I have a hearing and the state is trying to take my daughter because of my wifes problems. Can you help me?
