Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My question is... my fiencee got a girl pregnant back when he was 17, (he is now 20), at the time he didnt know they were related, and we want to know if there is anyway he can get visitaion rights to his daughter. he just say her for the first time, in a long time. the problem about that is his daughters grandfather, ( my fiencee's uncle) wont allow that. but the kids mother would love it. hes been wanting to be a part of his daughter life, its just the grandfather. is there any hope with being able to get the visitations, with or with out the grandpathers concent.

Your fiance can file a law suit seeking to be declared the child's father and asking for visitation rights. He will also be ordered to pay 20% of his net income to the mother for child support, maintain health insurance for the child and other possible obligations.
