You and your husband can seek custody and the biological mother could pay support and have visitation, or she can have custody and your husband have visitation rights and support obligations. If the biological mother is willing, perhaps she would agree to ahve you adopt the child. Perhaps she and your husband can agree to have someone else adopt the child. I beleive that these are the options if the child is born.
