i have a question about marriage property and
non marriage property, if i buy a house with my mom before marriage. my mom name and my name both on the deed, it is marriage property or non marriage property. if i buy a house with my mom after marriage, also my mom name and my name on the deed, it is non marriage property or marriage property. both paid by cash.

This is confusing. When you say "mom" do you really mean spouse? If so, any property purchased after you are married, particularly where both names are on the deed, is PRESUMED to be "marital" property. As to property bought BEFORE marriage, it depends in part on HOW you are named in the deed. Cash is irrelevant. take the deeds to an attorney for a complete review and opinion.
